None really just time before KPMG has to stop signing off the audits. No transparency, Missing figures, No reconciliations. Original documents and data floating round India (unprotected) and wages information amended and clearly available worldwide. What an interesting Audit that does not notice just a few things that have become PROBLEMS.... System is great and cheap to support so NY braggs how well its going
