Bristol-Myers CEO Bites the Dust.

There's a German word which is not nice. It is called "Schadenfreude," and means happiness when something bad befalls someone else. And that's not nice. But when good things happen and the robber barons go down, that is nice. And it isn't Schadenfreude, it is simply justice.

So, today the Bristol-Myer's CEO, Peter Dolan was fired, as I had predicted. And so was his general counsel. Dolan was the guy who just got his corner office searched by the FBI. And the board was forced to fire him when the independent monitor, appointed by the NJ US Attorney, Christopher Christie, told them to do so.

Makes you feel that US Attorney's should have monitors on every board in America. Because the boards can rarely handle things on their own.

So we have this tradition on this blog, when a corrupt company or a very deserving person bites the dust. Like someone who presided over a big mess and gave lots of bad news to shareholders. A tradition which PharmaGossip also just picked up.

We sing:

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

And here is QUEEN with: "ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST"
WARNING, VERY STRONG IMAGES.
