Employees at Pharma(under OIG agreements) who identify fraud and abuse are threatened into silence by management or are ordered to participate in fraud and abuse by management or are targeted by the legal department who recruit others to assist with the whistleblowers demise through promises of big promotions. Reads like a seedy novel. Sadly true!
