One Picture is Worth More Than . . .

I got another e-mail from a reader. She tipped me off to go back to Huffington Post and try a few new names on the HuffPo People Ranker.

This was the humbling result.

So now with know it.

The Dr. Peter Rost blog is the blog more talked about than Oprah!

It's strange the way your name is being mentioned so many times in blog entries around the internet (almost as often as Bush), and yet, you're not seeing the trend going on in Huffington Post... ;)

Well, good luck to those posting about Dr. Rost on a blogpost with all the censorship going on. You can post about him in the news sections if you want, but you'll just get drowned out by all the uncensored trolls and other assorted fakes.

As they say it's all relative, I put some other names in that People Ranker and what does it say when Dr. Rost isn't mentioned as much as fictional characters like Darth Vader, Spiderman or Superman? Not heroic or villanous for people? *wink*

Tough to out perform the man of steel

I also put in some random words for inventions and what does that say if he wasn't mentioned as much as toast, microwave, velcro or aluminum? Is it because he's not the greatest thing since sliced bread? *wicked grin*

Not even Microwave Popcorn?

I wouldn't try to put those kind of interpretations on them when you can put anything into that People Ranker and only get a pretty graph not something that's especially useful or meaningful.

Argon, you're seriously funny.

So what. My name (Mack) is mentioned 462 times, which beats Rost's 354!

And now, according to PE Week Wire, there is a venture funding coming for the Huffington Post, the political blog site run by Arianna Huffington. “Expect the initial raise to be $5 million,” the site reports today.
