The great British actor Michael Caine said it best. There are only things I can not stand, people who are intolerant of other people's culture and the Dutch.
So, anonymous #3 and what is with the Dutch. It is urgent for me to know this, since I was Dutch, before I became American. Do not keep me waiting. But wait, this guy was an actor, he was just playing, right?

the company i work for has been doing this for the past couple of years...anyone ever hear of "metabolic syndrome"? it's called "pre-selling the indication". how's that for spin?
