Except when Bush gets hung, he is going to retire, be remembered in US history as a 2 term president who had control of the Senate and Congress for most of his presidency and will go home to an almighty stash of cash (and oil at how much a barrel?) and other interests....
Like the real Benedict says (we actually agreed on something), it's commiting a crime to punish a crime.

I think not. He may (and hope he chokes on a glass of crude someone makes him drink!) have all that oil and cash stashed away.
However his legacy as president will ALWAYS be marred with *WMD *LIES *TORTURE (see my latest post HERE and ENOUGH HEAVY baggage, that his two terms will be seen as an aberation.
ESPECIALLY when viewed in terms of the 2000 election scandal, and the 2004 OHIO election scandal.
No, he will be remembered WORSE then Millard FILMORE!
