JetBlue sure screwed up, keeping passengers hostage for up to ten hours. But the mea culpa was admirable.

Time to buy JetBlue stock?

He still won't mention that the reason JetBlue had problems on that scale is because the employees were fed up with managements' efforts to bust their union organizing, so they said "fuck it."
