Check out John McCain home for sale for $12 million!
This is a very good example for what is wrong with American socio-economic system based of so called free for all capitalism. Those who are in positions to make fortunes and /or know the ways (legal, illegal or unethical) have no limits in the accumulation of wealth. The current crisis proves it for the millionth time that it works only for the rich. Dr, Rost can think about his native Sweden for instance. They too have rich people but not this rich for the tax system is geard to redistribute the wealth more equitably. Here is an example: Some time ago this was shown by following example. The most expensive house listed in USA $35.000.000 while in Sweden it was only $2.500.000, at that time. This showed that Swedish rich are far less rich than American while their "regular" people were far better off than American. This simply due to socialy responsible Tax system. Which system is better for everyone and everything including environment?Only McCain types would choose American for obvious reasons. Ps: for those who never visited Scandinavian countries, you'd be shocked how pretty, decent and well mainteined these countries look, especially compared to "regular" parts of USA. Only the most exclusive parts of USA can be compared to them. The rest of USA can be find only in poor third world countries. We in fact don't really know how pathetic we are.
