Physician reimbursement. You are referring to total yearly income. Physician reimbursement may be a reference to reimbursement from Medicare. Check this again. Medicare reimbursement is scheduled to be cut in 2008; I believe by 10%. The result is that doctors will not take Medicare patients at that price. That is not a joke. It is reality. Where I live I can not get an American doctor who takes new Medicare patients, especially not a general practioner.
