Guess how many billions of dollars drug makers have paid in fines for illegal marketing, accounting fraud and bad manufacturing over the last few years?

Check it out on BrandweekNRX.

Where is Novartis? Not yet on the list. With a major WBer on board and several in the waiting it is bound to happen sooner or later. So far they seeme to be untouchable and that is how their top guns seem to think and act. It'll be interesting to see what and when it will happen. There is only so much teflon on their backs.
Also if one goes by the chatter at the CP Novartis, thier reps are in a complete state of panic over what they think is inevitable downsizing. They say there are all kinds of signs, rumors re this. Recent announcement by their Thomas Ebeling of 400 million cutbacks in marketing and sales in USA, does not do much to calm these poor and worried reps. This must have some nasty effect on their productivity.
