This funny fake ad actually tells the truth unlike their real ads did for dacades. Personally I would not buy their shit boxes if they were 5% of today's cost. Trouble is we'll buy them anyway, via the bailout. Mike Moore suggested the govern. actually buys the Used-to-be-big 3 (never good) for about 3 billion what they are worth, and take over the production. We can not do worse. We streamline the production, 1-2 cars each Co. green of course and also produce public transportation. You want an SUV or van? Drive the used one. There will be enough of these useless shitboxes for decades for those few that actually need them. They can canibalize them for parts and can go on for 50-100 years. Cuba is good example of this. They still drive American cars from fortys and fiftys and those cars were even worse in quality. It really is sad what happened to USA car industry. Euro cars are so much superior in every way. They are so pretty and well designed that you actually want them. Only relatively few are available in USA and Canada but there are so many over there. When you visit Europe your jaw just dropes when you see those cars. Personally I drive Saab and would not switch to any other, especially one made in USA. I like to drive a CAR not transportation appliance. If I wanted that, I'd put wheels on my fridge and drive it, better handling, millage,comfort and better designe.
