Pfizer moves all all existing employment cases to Jackson Lewis except for Rost vs. Pfizer and two class actions.

Pfizer recently moved all its employment related litigation to one firm, Jackson Lewis.

"Jackson Lewis gets any employment-related legal work that comes in the door for the next two years, including single-plaintiff discrimination cases, equal employment opportunity matters, class actions, and general advice and counsel. All existing employment cases were transferred to the firm except for one single-plaintiff case and two class actions-a benefits case being handled by Sidley Austin, and a Fair Labor Standards Act case filed by Pfizer sales reps that's being litigated by Littler Mendelson."

-Corporate Counsel

And guess who that "one single-plaintiff case" is?

Rost vs. Pfizer.

I guess they are concerned about the outcome.

Pfizer is finally getting caught in it's web. They need to be investigated for filing a false police report against a former employee. They would not let the employee back into the building because her husband was ill.

They filed a false police report with the Berkeley Heights Police in Berkeley Heights NJ. The officers involved were Mathis, Stamler, Zager, Williams and Dispatcher Quirk. When the ex-employee questioned what the police were doing they ripped up the report to cover for Pfizer.

Kindler was from GE .....GE then exploited the family ..... what a connection .......

For several years the family would have doors opened in their house in the middle of the night, during the day etc. military spikes put in the driveway, they would be followed .......it was a game
because the family complainted to the State of NJ. Of course the FBI and everyone else did nothing ....because Richard Bagger had been a New Jersey Senator and
his successor Tom Kean covered it all up. Richard Bagger voted on Medicaid related issues I thought it was illegal to be a paid lobbyist but when you work for Pfizer anything flys.
