This could not happen in France. The working people would be out doing the revolution and sharpening the gilotins. In Scadinavian counties they are so cultured and sensitive for all the people's needs that such discrepancy just does not happen. It is not in their way of life and work. But in America, forget about it. You take as much as you can and some, the no-law lets you. People are so brainwashed into obediance that they may bitch but never rebel. Is this the country of the brave and free? Not anymore.
