Back pain prevention no one tells you about . . .

OK, so you are one of the millions with back pain. You've learned that treatment includes heat may relieve painful muscle spasms. Ice packs and massages may also give relief.

And you know that nonprescription medicines that reduce pain and/or swelling include aspirin, acetaminophen (Tylenol), naproxen (Aleve) and ibuprofen, which may work better than anything else (Advil, Motrin).
