If this happened in New York . . .
. . . the participants would probably be arrested and both the TV crew and the police would be sued. I guess it wouldn't happen in New York:
The last one was a bit scary considering that Japan once had reason to fear hell from above thanks to a couple of Atom bombs! If that's what you mean by weird in a Japanese sort of way.
That was actually kind of funny in a very wierd but Japanese way.
