Fight back!

1) ALWAYS remain anonymous. 2) Keep your mouth shut. 3) Retaliation is guaranteed. 4) Evidence must be known to groups. 5) Stuff in writing in golden. 6) Avoid company assets. 7) Use anonymous email and cell. 8) Report violation internally. 9) Then to OIG. 10) Then To Dr. Peter Rost.
Bravo, to 10 Commandments. Where were they about 3 years ago? If I had them and if Dr. Rost and his blog were on as they are today, I'd be a richer person today and one of the (other) big ones would have been exposed and exposed big time. What I had and done is #5 and # 8. Even though I had #5 (the smoking golden gun) the offenders did not seem to worry.They had top law firm and I had a gutless lawyer. The outcome #3. End of story. Some other options are being explored under #4.
